It runs a little big but so bad that I wanted to return it. It is very pretty for an ugly sweater and seems to be well made. The light bulbs are each sewn on but I do not notice any roughness on my skin. They really do Christmas sweaters right, with attention to detail and great quality materials, fit it true to size. I’m 153 lbs, 5’2” and medium fit perfect, if u want it a bit looser then go up a size, the medium was a tad bit too form fitting but that’s my fault, I gained 7 pounds when I finally wore it and now medium barely fits. But when I bought it, I was 153lbs, it fit great. Awesome pretty sweater, I got compliments at the family Xmas party all night. This is certainly no ugly sweater, I promise u.

Never received order of XL, reordered only size larger which is XXL. Had to return as it was HUGE! I’m a big girl but I was swimming in it. I am sure a large would have fit like and XL and I would have had to return anyway for smaller size, but between never getting XL to know for sure I can’t honestly say that. I can say, it was a well made and fun sweater and might try again for it next year. Really sparkles and looked amazing- just way too big
