Ugh. I don’t miss the professional Karens in retail. Once in a while, we would get these crazy customer complaints that were just so completely outlandish just because Karen wanted a free gift card. So thankful our district manager knew us all well enough to know we don’t play hot potato in the cash wrap with a giant vanilla milkshake until we toss it all over a customer’s fresh dry cleaning (why did they have their dry cleaning there anyway?)
