I just introduced a friend to Good Sorta Sweet Sorta Savage Sword Shirt this movie. Such a classic 80’s love letter. And we both agreed, Dan Stevens was still sexy by the end of the movie. It disturbs me how much I like Dan Stevens in this—this genre seems to suit him even better than Downton Abbey (even though he played a great Matthew!). This movie was amazing. The last arc had me constantly going WTF every time something happened. Hearing Stevie B in the dinner had me DYING. I just watched this on your recommendation and loved it! I get what you are saying about the Halloween vibe. It’s like how Die Hard is considered a Christmas movie.

I’m halfway through this Good Sorta Sweet Sorta Savage Sword Shirts movie right now on everyone’s recommendation and it’s a hard one to watch… Hope it gets better or I’m gonna have a hard time trusting everyone’s reviews on. Here watched this again tonight for the first time since it was in theaters. This is how my dog looked as he watched me watching the movie. What’s it called. When you like horrors but not like these types of horrors but more like paranormal stuff… There a term for that or another genre? This movie whips ass! Such a great Halloween film. In my mind, it really set off the whole retro ‘80/ kick we’ve been inundated with since.
