I remember getting this movie when it came out on Halloween Snoopy And Woodstock Poster Pink Floyd Pumpkin Moon Shirt Blu-ray and it took a lot out of the movie just by being able to see him so clearly in the background when he’s stalking the girls at the beginning. Or when Laurie is in class, talking about fate, and we see Michael in the background outside. Michael is Laurie’s fate or maybe vice versa. Halloween is a masterpiece in horror cinema. Or when we see the poster of James Ensor on Laurie’s wall, he was a painter of weird masks. Alien is a movie that, with every HD upgrade, shows a few more cracks.

I still love the movie and the franchise to Halloween Snoopy And Woodstock Poster Pink Floyd Pumpkin Moon Shirt’s death. But a lot of the shots on LV-426 reveal that they were just using backdrops and illustrations. If you watch the criterion version of seven samurai, it becomes very noticeable that all the townsfolk are wearing really bad hairpiece/bald cap hybrids that are extremely fake looking. If you watch the original, they look totally fine because the resolution is so low IMO it’s the pinnacle of slasher movies. The cinematography is absolutely incredible, especially for the time. The scene where the girl is crying after “killing” Michael and Michael rises in the back out of focus is amazing.
