I mean. They promised not to put themed cosmetics into every verse (As in aspirational exotics, so raids, dungeons, etc) but event themed stuff is what belongs into every verse if there’s anything that does. And I mean. Monotonous grinding is a bit overkill for what the weekly BD bounties require. They are basically “play the game mode associated with the bounty for like half an hour, cool, here’s your bd”.At that point you clearly don’t enjoy the game much, I’d take a break if I were you.
